I’ve never had a girl say sweet things to my face. I’ve never had a girl whisper about her love in my ears. I can’t hear it when my eyes are closed and know I’m the only one who will say those things to myself.
I might as well have painted a target on my forehead. Steppin out and being so reckless. When you’re nothing you have nothing to lose I guess. I’m stuck with such harsh conditions everywhere I go for the choices I made when I was still going through puberty. Its been years since then and I’ve grown now. Dreams of understanding were answered. I can’t go back but your mind always does. Let me grow up let me think straight what would you have done if you were me. All I want is purpose. I stand firm on my beliefs and protect my own. Ill die for myself but it’ll all be about you. Just promise to party at my funeral and every year for my birthday. I guess I just want you to understand where I was. But its seems impossible but hey even in death its worth a try.

I’m sitting in the same place I was a year ago and the year before that. Crying to myself wondering where I’m going next. Wandering around putting my faith in people I can never understand. These walls seem to be all that I will ever see. It seems to me this how I’ll always be. I guess it’s just in my nature to hate you immediately, but for what it’s worth. I tried my best.
